Our action to control risk:

  • Temperature to be taken of all staff, guests & delivery drivers.
  • Temperature to be taken using infrared thermometer at 10cm distance.
  • Access will be denied to anyone displaying high temp or symptoms.
  • Names/details taken where possible to aid track & trace system.
  • Multiple hand sanitizer stations positioned at entrances/exits & throughout.
  • Tables to be laid to order once guest is seated.
  • All tables/bar/kitchen & common areas to be continuously sanitized.
  • All plates, glasses & cutlery to be cleaned in dishwashers at min temp of 80c.
  • Tables to be adequately spaced in line with government guidelines. (1 meter+)
  • Table service only, both inside and outside, no standing around bar.
  • Tables of no more than 6 guests from no more than 2 households permitted.
  • Social distancing to be observed by all staff & guests at all times.
  • All door handles will be regularly sanitized.
  • All staff, delivery drivers & guests will sanitize their hands before entry.
  • All menus are single use, then will be disposed of.
  • Wine/water etc… will be placed on the table for the guest to pour themselves.
  • Room keys will be thoroughly sanitized between use.
  • All soft furnishings such as pillows & throws will be removed from rooms.
  • All laundry items will be laundered by reputable company in accordance with guidelines.
  • Any packaged room items such as toiletries, bottles, tea/coffee will be quarantined for a minimum of one week between uses.
